The Department of Photography and Audiovisual Arts organizes and actively participates in actions at a pan-Hellenic and international level, the subject matter of which is directly or indirectly related to the scientific and artistic fields of the department.The aim of these activities is (among others) to enable undergraduate students to acquire knowledge, experience, exchange views and be informed about artistic and technological developments, methodologies and research results in critical areas of special interest. At the same time to develop through these actions social and cultural awareness as sensitized and active members of a global community with a common language.
