The landscape, now, is uniform, consisting of the architecture of a pre-existing aesthetic. The city is built in a form that often seems out of place in its surroundings and on a scale disproportionate to that of man. In this controlled, pandemic context, man inhabits the city anonymously, is constantly recorded and learns to record in turn what surrounds him from the architecture of a previous aesthetic.
