Dionysios Melitsiotis is Lecturer at the Department of Photography & Audiovisual Arts, University of West Attica. He was born in Athens. He holds a degree in Physics from the Physics Department of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens and an MSc in Meteorology. He has been teaching physics courses since 1984 as a laboratory assistant at the Department of Physics, Chemistry & Materials Science, TEI of Athens and since 2008as a Lecturer.
